Pay → send files from your dashboard → we master → you download. Here is what is included before you hit checkout.

    One revision · 14 days

    After delivery you get one feedback round on the same mix — balance, loudness, tone. A new mix, new stems, or alternate edits are outside that pass.

  2. 02

    If we cannot deliver

    If we fail to deliver for reasons on our side, or miss a deadline we agreed in writing, you get a full refund for the undelivered track(s).

  3. 03

    Download your masters

    Keep your own copies. We may clear project files and delivered masters from active storage about 30 days after final delivery.
